    Our full time cardiac nurse practitioner rounds daily on all Cardiac patients, and focuses on symptom monitoring, management, and prevention.

  • Cardiac Telemetry Monitored Rehabilitation

    Cardiac Telemetry Monitored Rehabilitation allows for more aggressive rehab fostering a quicker recovery. This rehab includes a sharp focus and proven approach to rehospitalization prevention. A fully engaged transition of care team ensures a smooth hand off from the hospital team to AristaCare, and a safe and monitored discharge to home.
